Divorce Lawyer
A divorce turned deadly this morning when a man was arrested on suspicion of killing his wife in the midst of their ongoing divorce battle. The 39-year-old woman had been reported missing on November 12, two days after she had last been seen at her home in Central Broward.
After the sheriff’s department began their investigation, they reportedly found a woman’s body hidden in a wooden area in Miami-Dade County, according to NBC Miami. While the identity of the body and the exact cause of death has not been released, her husband has been arrested on suspicion of her murder. Jose Pacheco was arrested in Miami-Dade County before being transferred back to Broward.
This story is still developing, but it serves as a reminder that while a divorce should be your last resort, sometimes it’s essential to separate from a dangerous person while you still can. If you’re caught up in a dangerous pattern of violence, fear, and intimidation, you shouldn’t be too afraid to reach out to a lawyer who can help.

However, that all goes out the window in the event of domestic violence. Violence in a marriage is easy and immediate grounds for divorce – and no amount of family therapy can make things right again.
