Damien and Brittany did wonderful in handling my family law matter. They are very responsive, have great follow through, very prepared, very knowledgeable on case law and are extremely professional! Highly recommend this firm!
As a fellow attorney, when my wife informed me that she would be filing a petition for dissolution of marriage, I made one call to the only lawyer I trusted to represent me during the process. Damien is well respected within the law community as a litigator with over ten years of trial experience. He was an associate with one of the largest family law firms in Tampa before opening his own practice many years ago. It was crucial for me to have the best representation possible, as there was a concern my wife would try and use our two children for personal gain. I needed to make sure from the beginning that we had the best strategy moving forward, and I had no hesitation that I would receive the most thorough and logical advice from Damien. I highly recommend The McKinney Law Group Family & Divorce Lawyers to anyone looking for a professional and veteran family law attorney.
